Subdivision of share capital
On 16 October 2026, Keith McKenzie, the sole member, passed an ordinary resolution to subdivide the Company’s one issued ordinary share of £1.00 into 100 ordinary shares of £0.01 each. The aggregate nominal value remains £1.00, and Keith McKenzie’s proportionate holding is unchanged.
